Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ddukddak's services, website, or API (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, Ddukddak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. You may:
- Use generated images and videos for personal or commercial purposes.
- Integrate the API into your applications and workflows.
- Share and distribute generated content as part of your business operations.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Ddukddak API or Services themselves.
API Usage
API usage is subject to the rate limits and credit allocations of your subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and access tokens. You must not share your API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. Abuse of the API, including excessive requests designed to disrupt the service, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes to your plan take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you exceed your plan's credit allocation, you may purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Ddukddak, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ddukddak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
